An autonomous agent that watches PAGASA cyclone bulletins, parses them with an LLM, computes the cone of uncertainty, and ships a live map - fully unattended.

Scrapes the latest PAGASA tropical cyclone bulletin, extracts structured storm data with DeepSeek V3 under Pydantic schema validation, builds the tangential cone of uncertainty in GeoJSON, and auto-deploys an interactive Folium map to GitHub Pages on an hourly cron.
